The running economy is powered 50/50 by the Anima PBX midsole — with 85% energy return — and a redesigned carbon plate curved under the MTP joint to maximize propulsion. Stability is improved via forefoot wings and an asymmetrical heel geometry, while the upper is streamlined for a lighter, faster look inspired by track spikes. The tongue in Matrix mesh reduces bulk and enhances softness, with a microfiber heel lining adding stability. The rolling point has been movedback to boost forward momentum. The outsole features a new TPU tread for better grip and lighter weight, with improved medial support through an extended rubber base. Gara Carbon 3 features a 5mm drop and a 39mm stack.
